The Clothes Rack, Women’s Consignment, is a new consignment store, opened in 2006. Cindy, the owner bring years of retail and fashion clothing experience.

Cindy was born and raised in Bellingham; she has been very active in showing horses for many years. Cindy moved to the Washington D.C. Area for about 15 years. She was a program manager for a large ISO 9000, Technical Services company. She also has over 10 years experience in the sales and merchandising of clothing in the industry and 3 years prior clothing consignment expertise before opening The Clothes Rack, women’s consignment store.
